Social Media Manager, Part-Time

  • Job-Type: Part-time, 80% Remote 20% On-Site
  • Hours: 10 hours/week
  • $30 per hour

  • Responsibilities
    • Growing TikTok and IG 
    • Pinterest Account
    • Plan and manage a monthly social media calendar (Reels, UGC, stories, education, trends)
    • Coordinate and schedule 3–5 weekly posts across IG/TikTok/FB
    • Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and nurture the Joyhood community

    • Filming/Editing Content
    • Repurpose UGC, influencer content, and viral trends
    • Collaborate on ideas for contests, campaigns, and launches
    • Track performance metrics and suggest content adjustments based on data
  • Qualifications

    • Love community building and can speak the language of moms, DIYers, and party girls
    • Self-Motivated
    • Know your way around Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
    • Have a sharp eye for detail, copywriting, and joyful aesthetics
    • Are reliable, organized, and can manage content calendars
    • Are results-driven and enjoy testing, learning, and growing a brand online
    • Not Required, But a Bonus: You’ve worked with eCommerce or small CPG brands

  • Part-time, Flexible Schedule; 60% remote work and 40% in Keller/Southlake area
