Digital Growth Partner, Part-Time

  • Job-Type: Part-Time, 100% Remote
  • Hours: 15-25 hours/week
  • Base: $20-$30 per hour; Performance Bonuses, Equity Vesting

  • Responsibilities
    • Growing TikTok and IG 
    • Pinterest Account
    • Plan and manage a monthly social media growth strategy (Reels, UGC, stories, education, trends)
    • Coordinate and schedule daily posts across IG/TikTok/FB

    • Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and nurture the Joyhood community

    • Editing Content weekly: i/e write captions, create hooks, add SEO, find trending audio
    • Repurpose UGC, influencer content, and viral trends
    • Repurpose content to Pinterest, Shorts, and Facebook
    • Collaborate on ideas for contests, campaigns, and launches
    • Track performance metrics and suggest content adjustments based on data
    • Affiliate/Influencer outreach
    • Mindset: "How do I sell another 20 balloon kits today?"

  • Qualifications

    • Love community building and can speak the language of moms, DIYers, and party girls
    • Self-Motivated
    • Know your way around Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
    • Have a sharp eye for detail, copywriting, and joyful aesthetics
    • Are reliable, organized, and can manage content calendars
    • Are results-driven and enjoy testing, learning, and growing a brand online
    • Not Required, But a Bonus: You’ve worked with eCommerce or small CPG brands
